Ross Martin

Ross Martin brought his experiences, skills, and proclivities from the West to Manhattan’s Lower East Side. He developed a landscape design firm to promote permaculture, creating bio-swales, Hugel-kultur beds, food forests, and solar pavilions and worked with Gardens Rising to spread these efforts in the City. In Off the Rails, a train journey, Martin interviews, writes, and films about other sustainable works. Collaborations include Highview Creations green roofing concern and Resilient by Design Bay Area Challenge on the Permaculture and Social Equity Team.
