Ecological design requires layering and integrating systems which by themselves are simply explained and together involve complex relationships. For the benefit of our clients understanding and the understanding of those they are responsible for, the simplest way to demonstrate these systems is by distilling the complexity into graphical representations.

We use diagrams, illustrations, mind maps, and flowcharts at times. United Designers is often requested to take sketches and drawings of our clients and convert them into graphics to be used in presentations and proposals. Our knowledge and experience in these scientific processes allow us to modify illustrations relative to the detail required. We feel that these illustrations are as much art as they are science and must be aesthetically pleasing and easily understood.
